Returns
If for any reason there is a problem with your purchase or you have changed your mind, we will be happy to accept a return in 14 days of receipt.
. We will only accept unworn returns in perfect condition for a refund or exchange, unless faulty.
. All items must be returned in the original, undamaged box. Any free gifts must be returned with the item, unopened and unused.
. All returns must be accompanied by the original despatch note as proof of purchase.
. The customer is responsible for postage costs to return items.
. We will refund the price paid for the shoes. This will not include any postage costs incurred.
. We suggest using a tracked service (i.e Recorded mail) and keep your proof of postage when returning your item, as we will not be liable to refund any items that are lost in transit.
. All Shoe Care products are non-returnable.
. Worn items that are returned faulty will be assessed for wear and tear, and may be sent to the manufacturer for a report. Dinky Shoes will not be able to give reassurances or replacements during this period.
Postage/Delivery
. We will post items to the UK by Recorded mail.
. We post items overseas by International Signed For Mail, price will depend on weight and will be calculated at checkout.
. We endeavour to despatch items the same day or the next working day, if paid for in normal working hours.
